All purchases made on The Examify are final and non-refundable. This applies to all our digital products, including but not limited to online courses, mock papers, and certification programs.

Course and Material Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased courses, mock papers, and other digital materials. Given the instant access and the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the content, please contact our support team at care@theexamify.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases or accidental payments, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request for review, please contact us at care@theexamify.com with detailed information within 48 hours of the purchase. Please provide evidence supporting your claim to expedite the review process.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension and additional review. We encourage you to contact us first if you encounter issues with your purchase.
